Yes. Minimum charges are a translation industry standard. Small translation projects aren’t economically viable for translators or agencies when priced using a straight per-word calculation method. Our minimum charge is $50.00.

Layout editing, formatting, localization, and most other services are priced on an hourly basis. Minimum charges may apply for short projects under an hour.
Translation Rush Rates: A translation project that needs to be delivered in a shorter time frame (in contrast to normal turnaround times with due notice) may carry up to a 50% charge above our regular rates, depending on the respective project.

PayPal is the safest, easiest way to pay and get paid online. You do not need to open an account with Paypal to use it to pay for translation services. Funds are paid via a credit/debit card, just as you would with any other online service. You can pay with Paypal if you just need to buy translation once or if you require regular translation services.

Individuals and first-time clients are requested to make payment in full at the time of receipt of the translation work completed. In the case of large translation projects, we request a down-payment, and the payment of the balance due upon delivery of the translated documents.

Yes, we do provide certified translations. When a document is being used for immigration, admission to institutions of higher learning, or for some legal or “official” purpose, a certified translation is required.

We provide notarized translation as well.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We have a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with each of our translators. It is a condition that each new translator agrees to keep translation data private and not disclose it to any third party.
